1. We hire only if there are vacancies (vacancies) or the creation of new jobs in the Enterprise.
In this case, we officially announce the recruitment of specialists for the job, we report the basic requirements for the position and working conditions (for more information about the recruitment of specialists you can find in the section "Vacancies of the Company").
2. In connection with the complication of production, the questionnaires of applicants who graduated from academic lyceums, colleges or institutes, universities with a degree in exact sciences and technical fields will be considered.
Questionnaires of candidates with education in other specialties will not be considered. Hope for your understanding.
We also consider the questionnaires of candidates who have experience in industrial enterprises for at least 2 years.
3. Filling out the application form for a vacant position is not a guarantee of employment. We ask everyone to find a job to fill out such questionnaires in order to better understand what kind of specialist you are and whether you will be able to do the work that you will be assigned to.
4. If after filling out the questionnaire, within 15 days we have not contacted you, therefore, the vacancy you are applying for does not suit your knowledge, skills, abilities, level of education and work experience.
5. When applying for a job in the Company, competitive selection is conducted. This means that everyone who wants to find a job at our Company must go through the preliminary assessment of their knowledge and skills. The preliminary assessment includes tests but checking the general level of intelligence, a test but labor behavior, a test but professional knowledge (only for specialists) and an interview with expert managers.
6. In case of a successful response to tests, performance of tasks on the level of professional knowledge and interviewing, you can be offered a job. But this is not a guarantee of final employment. There is a probationary period at our Enterprise, about 2-3 months, during which the head of the department where the newcomer was hired, makes an assessment of how the employee copes with his tasks. If during this time a new employee could not cope with his official duties, the company may terminate his employment contract in accordance with the Labor Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
